Warranty questions
Helpful answers before you submit a claim.
These answers explain how warranty support works for home appliances, what information is needed, and what customers should expect during the review process.
What does the Orbit Living warranty cover?
The warranty may cover eligible defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal household use and within the applicable warranty period. Coverage depends on the product, purchase record, documentation, condition, and whether the issue is determined to be product-related rather than caused by misuse, damage, neglect, wear, or external conditions.
Do I need proof of purchase?
Yes. Warranty support requires proof of purchase from Orbit Living. Please provide your order number, purchase email, product name, purchase date, and any relevant delivery details. Without order verification, our team may not be able to confirm eligibility.
What photos or videos should I provide?
Helpful documentation includes a clear photo of the full product, close-up images of the issue, a short video showing the problem in use, the model or serial label if available, accessories involved, packaging condition if relevant, and any display screen or indicator lights.
Are accessories and consumable parts covered?
Accessories and consumable parts may have limited coverage or may not be covered when the issue is related to normal wear, replacement needs, maintenance, loss, cosmetic changes, or improper care. Examples may include filters, brushes, pads, trays, seals, tanks, bags, and other parts that naturally wear over time.
Can unauthorized repairs affect warranty coverage?
Yes. Unauthorized repairs, modifications, disassembly, replacement with non-approved parts, or attempts to alter the product may affect warranty eligibility. Please contact Orbit Living support before attempting any repair beyond safe cleaning, setup, or troubleshooting steps.
What if the product arrived damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, document the packaging and product immediately. Keep all packaging materials, take clear photos, and contact support with your order number and delivery details. Arrival damage may be handled differently from a standard warranty claim, so prompt documentation is important.
Does the warranty apply to commercial use?
Orbit Living products are intended for normal household use unless specifically stated otherwise. Commercial, rental, institutional, industrial, or unusually heavy-use environments may fall outside standard warranty coverage.
What remedy will I receive if my claim is approved?
Approved remedies depend on the product, issue, available inventory, documentation, and support review. A remedy may include troubleshooting, parts guidance, replacement evaluation, or another appropriate solution. The exact outcome is determined after the claim is reviewed.
